Items will be shiped within 48 hours of being processed. Order tracking will be provided once your item has been shipped. The shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Domestic [CAN] - Standard 2-7 business days

International - Standard 7-18 business days

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly exchange items within 10 business days after your delivery date.

We kindly request customers to be careful when trying on items. If clothing is damaged during the try-on process, you may be unable to process the exchange. This policy helps maintain the condition of the items and ensures fairness to our customers.

The state that the items being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when they were bought and shipped. This requirement ensures that the items are suitable for resale or exchange.
